Delivery Times
As an indication, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 days in Spain, and between 5 and 10 working days to other destinations.
Items ordered will be dispatched by U.P.S. (for deliveries in Spain and other countries available).

Returns
We’re sorry to hear that the item you ordered is not to your liking. Here are the steps for returning your item.
You can write an email to eshop@imayin.es with the number of your order, and request a return.
Then, return the items by registered post within fifteen days of the delivery date in their original packaging to the following address:

- Items must be returned with their original labels, without them the item will be refused.
- Items will be refunded to the same method of payment used for the order.
- Items returned in a condition that does not allow them to be remarketed by IMAYIN as new will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned by post.
- The return is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued without any additional action, within 5 business days of receipt of your package by our warehouse.
This period may be extended if we experience a high volume of customer service requests. Refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the order.
